There it is, right on page one, Council President Richard Conlin's signature, along with those of two others from the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. These three signatures allowed the 2010 Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Project to be printed and distributed for public comment.
